Ben has worked with small business owners for over twelve years, supporting them with a full range of accounting, tax, and business structuring services. He co-founded Folio Partners in 2023 with the aim of providing small businesses with good quality, pragmatic business advice at an affordable price. 

He enjoys the variety of working with SME businesses across all sectors: “this morning, I helped a manufacturing business with cash flow problems in negotiations with their bank; this afternoon I’ll be working on a corporate restructure for an international equipment hire business”. Behind every SME is a business owner, and Ben enjoys getting to know them, and understanding their personal goals, as much as their business objectives.  

Ben’s aim is to grow Folio Partners to become the ‘go-to’ place for business owners looking for sensible help in running their business. 

Outside of work, Ben is a keen runner and has completed the Paris and Amsterdam marathons, and the Marathon du Medoc near Bordeaux (although that one is less focussed on the running). He’s also a keen cook, preferably on the BBQ, and enjoys hosting family and friends.
