She has a diverse background, having worked in both public and private sectors, where she has managed end-to-end payroll processes and provided expert advice on payroll-related queries, including auto-enrolment.

Chang’s passion lies in ensuring that hardworking individuals receive fair compensation for their efforts through their salaries. This passion has driven her to pursue a career in payroll, even after working in various roles within the finance and accounting industry since graduating with a Master’s degree in finance from the University of Reading.

She recognises that modern payroll goes beyond simply processing payments; it involves efficiently managing payroll process and staying up-to-date with the latest government policies through the effective use of technology. At Folio Partners Chang has found an environment that fosters independent thinking and encourages collaboration, enabling her to hit the ground running and make a meaningful impact.

Chang believes that everyone deserves a better life, which is why she actively volunteers for projects and charities that aim to support people in enjoying their lives, regardless of their life journey stage. In her free time, she loves engaging in various activities with her children; playing games (which she often loses) and going on hikes around the country with her family and friends.
